I just found this out about a month ago and I've been an organic vegan for over four years, go figure. That just goes to say that we must all remain as students and continue to learn and learn - never stop studying and gaining new information. Okay, so what did I learn? I learned that sticker labels on the fruits actually tell you how the fruits have been grown - whether they were organically grown or conventionally grown with pesticides and herbicides; oh, and let's not forget about the genetically engineered fruits..

Conventional Fruit Labels
Four digits and does not start with 9 ** mostly starting with the digit 4

Organic Fruit Labels
Five digits and starts with number 9

Genetically Modified Fruits
Start with the digit 8** this is good to know because stores aren't obligated to tell you if a fruit has been genetically modified (grrr….)

malam... terdengar sepantun lagu.. irama di malam syahdu.. gaya nada rindu...

Dear diary..
lpas sembang ngan b td..masa tgh lepak2 ngan kakak ngan mak, tetiba teringat kt arwah abah..time2 sukan olimpik camni aku selalu lepak ngan abah...especially time tgk badminton, soccer, and snooker or pool...

then aku terkenang arwah abah..
dh masuk thn ke 4 abah xde...
xkan ku lupa tanggal 27 feb 2004..
air mataku x pernah kering dari pipi pada hari tu..
rasa mcm br smlm abah pergi tinggalkan aku..
huhu.........rindunye aku kt arwah abah...
sayu n sebak rasa ati..

Dear diary..
hehe..t/hari td aku ade received surat dari SPA..
panggilan temuduga on sept 5th 2008..wah wah..bulan puasa tuh..
tp masalahnye aku dh tersalah apply position..
yg aku g apply pegawai imigresen gred KP17 tu sape suwuh..
huhu..kalo KP27 ok ar gaks...
erm..tp xpelah, g je le...mane tau leh ejas ngan diorang..hehe..

pagi ni aku bgn dengan segar bugar..dh x demam lagi..
i just realized that PMS mmg btol2 dah menghuru-harakan fikiran aku recently..
hehe..sabo je la..
from now on, aku xmo fikir yg bukan2 lagi..

tetibe je aku rindu kt arwah abah..huhu.

2-3 hari ni aku noticed something, aku cpt tersentuh hati..
begitu sensitif..asik rasa nk nangis je..
and i feel quite uncomfortable these days..
wujudnya satu perasaan yg membuatkan aku berfikir...
hmm..aku mmg banyak berfikir recently....
apa yg aku fikir? biarlah rahsia..
